My story began in 2001, when I launched a successful commercial printing company in New Jersey. What started as a printing business quickly became a front-row seat to the inner workings of over 1,500 different companies. Through managing their complete marketing and printing needs, I built deep, lasting relationships with business owners across every type of service-based industry and large corporations alike.
Over countless hours of collaboration, I gained invaluable insights into their operations—from their greatest successes to their most pressing challenges with employees and customer retention. One pain point surfaced repeatedly in conversations with these thousand-plus owners: the constant uncertainty about how their team members were representing the company when working independently in the field.
